Sweet Homes announces completion and handover of
100 Villas for Phase 1 of Ajman Uptown project
First of its kind project inspired from French architecture
Sweet Homes Holdings (SHH) a leading UAE-based developer and multi-services provider to the real estate sector, has revealed the completion and forthcoming handover of 100 villas covering the first phase of the USD 7,100 million Ajman Uptown project. The master community development, which is the only freehold villa project in the emirate, has already received certifications from the Municipality of Ajman and the Office of Civil Defense. Ajman Uptown is expected to hand over villas to its first batch of investors in the next few weeks.
According to the company’s senior executives, Ajman Uptown is a project that is both innovative and unique in design–a fully-gated community that offers a mixture of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom Townhouses/Villas. Strategically located along the main Sheikh Muhammad Bin Zayed Road (E 311), Ajman Uptown is the only freehold project of its kind to feature Townhouses and Villas and a first of its kind as a whole in Ajman. Inspired by French-style architecture, 2 and 3 bedroom villas are called Erica, while the 4 bedroom units are offered in four different yet highly attractive designs; Acacia, Begonia, Camellia and Dahlia. The largest and roomy 5-bedroom villas are the VIP houses and are attractive as the name they carry.

The Ajman Uptown project’s main contractor is Sweet Homes General Contracting while its main consultant is the Eng. Adnan Saffarini Consulting Office. Once fully completed the master development project will house 1,504 villas and townhouses, commercial building, shopping walkways, and two mosques on over 3.5 million square meters of land next of Emirates road and Emirates City. In addition, Ajman Uptown will also have a fire fighting station, security outposts and boutique offices.
